- Legendary Circuits -
The 'FISC Legendary Circuits Series' is Europe's leading series based on circuits and only the most legendary GP circuits. Now inviting you to a series of one-off meetings in the Spring and Summer season. Whenever possible, each weekend will be offering two hours of circuit time or more. Open to historic and classic road sports and touring cars under two litres w/o any make or model preference. Because the series is based on speed, rather then engine capacity, bigger and/or later period cars, complementing the grid, are always welcome. A guarantee to a competitive and enjoyable weekend.
Here the enjoyment of the great historic GP circuits of the past prevails over the enjoyment of racing the most wonderful and often rare cars, which we all adore. Already since 2002 we are offering 'triple headers' and the excitement of three starts during the course of one weekend. As a result, each meeting is a competition in its own right, where competitors can fully focus on the weekend and are offered a highly competitive environment, always challenging for class honours. The choice of circuits is the cream of the crop, with grand names of the past, such as; Clermont Ferrand, Dijon Prenois, Le Mans, Monza, Nordschleife, Nürburgring GP, Pau Ville, Paul Ricard, Spa Francorchamps, Zandvoort, Zolder and others. This is a series based on respect and the understanding that motorracing is suppo sed to be a non contact sport. We all appreciate taking the cars home in the same condition they arrived. There have never been any casualties, a record we intend to keep.
Cars are prepared in conformity with the FIA appendix K safety regulations. Most cars run to FIA homologation or to an acceptable period modified specification. Non homologated cars, but built to FIA safety standards, are welcome. FIA Historic technical Passport (HTP) is helpful, but not mandatory.
To add to the quality, grids are limited in such way, that you will never end up on any reserve list. Once your entry has been confirmed, you are guaranteed to race, always!
This combination of 'joie de vivre' and the fair competition is what makes the FISC Legendary Circuits Series so different from other series.
